I heard that doing too much pilates or doing pilates the wrong way will result in getting a thick waist? How can I prevent this, and how often should I do pilates? My small waist is my favorite feature, and I don't want to lose it, even if my stomach flattens.
If it helps, I have a "10 Minute Solutions rapid results" pilates dvd. Thanks!

3 times a week should be enough, your waist shouldn't thicken too much. ]
