well,

sometimes i will say eat like nutrition bars but i'm looking into them and they don't really work. Sure they might have some vitamins but they only work to like give you energy and then you'll feel like SUPER tired...it's pretty pointless. It gives you a boost and then you just want to do it easy. If you do eat one don't exercise too much cuz you'll over do-it and wipe out. I'd reccomend an apple or water to be honest. Don't eat them too much because a lot of them are high in fat and calories.

hope this helped

Like the last person said, you shouldn't eat them too much. I wouldn't recommend eating them all the time and not exercising afterward... actually I wouldn't recommend eating them at all. I honestly don't see them as being helpful. I mean it gives you extra energy, but If you rely on them, then how would you build up your own energy/endurance? you know what I mean?
They'd become a bit of a crutch.
a healthy diet works :]

things like this are like double cheeseburgers, bad for you if you eat and eat all the time without excersising it off, bt once in a while it is ok. I would suggest that yu don't ALWAYS eat powerbars though, sometimes have a piece of fruit or a sandwichinstead.
