i have a really healthy diet.. well i dont diet but i eat healthy and 5 smaller meals a day. i dont eat junk food and recently gave up sweets for lent. today (easter) i ate alott like chocolate and alot of dinner. i feltlike shit after eating. like, i don't even think i was hungry i just couldnt stop eating sweets and i felt so fat afer wards. im not even that fat i jut dont' like my body (5'3, 115, musclar). i tried to throw up after (i never have before) just to get ride of the junk, but i dont have like a gag reflex. i dont know what to do because sometimes i just feel the need to puke. what can i do?

Which can cause a eating disorder.
Now that you know that you get like that dont do it control.
