ipod
ok. so like i was listening to my ipod. and then it jsut shut off. and wouldnt turn on or anything. and the batterie didnt die because i had just finished charging it. and then i tried plugging it into itunes and everything but it wouldnt connect. like i had it in my computer but my ipod wasnt connected and it wouldnt even say charging. liek the screen is black. its not even turning on. i have the red ipod nano. whats wrong? what do i do?

try going to a best buy store at 9 in the morning. they have workshops about that stuff. Or try reading your instruction manuel again.

go to apple.com
or take it to the store where you got it.

if the battery didnt go dead you should bring it in to the shop.
but first try restarting it and press the circle button down until it starts up again.

well you could always take it into the store you bought it in and ask a person who works there.
Or i'm not sure if this works, but try re-starting it. you do that by holding the middle circle button and the play/pause button for a while until it starts up again.

OK so i just tested it on my ipod- I discovered that you do not press the play/pause button
you hold down the middle circle button and the MENU button. And no... that will not delete your songs. I promise because i just did it on my ipod.
