stomach I'm pretty skinny but my stomach isn't like flat. It kind of has like has a part that sticks out. I'm not so sure how to explain it.
What could I do to make my stomach flat.
Any Exercises and stuff that will help?

Cardio, crunches & eating healthy. Exercise for an hour atleast 3 times a week, do about 100-200 crunches a day & replace chips with veggies. :) ]
Sit-ups work wonders. About 100 a day will get rid of any fat, or "stuff that sticks out" lol

a really effective way to make your stomach flat is by stretching your whole body, then doing 100+ crunches / sit - ups.
the classic excercises work. believe me. if you do 100 a day for 2 weeks, or 200 a day for one week, you will notice that it will be flatter.
oh & drink lots of water & eat healthy foods. cause eating a cheeseburger & fries can make it bulge out.
& i know what you mean. like when you bend your back back a little, & the area around your belly button kinda sticks out? yeah. crunches, baby. ]
