Ipod video

Is there a free program out there for windows that can convert AVI files to files recognizable by itunes so I can put them on my iPod?

Hey. I have this program I use that I got from download.com to convert my files. It's on my other computer so I don't remember what it's called but if you go to download.com and type in iPod converter, it brings up a lot of programs telling you if it's free to try or just free. Hope I helped. Anything else let me know. Take care! =]

umm i'm not sure if this works, but somehow i can do it with a special program.

Try renaming it... so lets say the song is called

Mix.avi

change that to

Mix.mp3

then try to put it on itunes. It always works for me, but i just use a complicated program.
