period troubles

my period just came and it was about a little less than 1/2 months late. i totally changed my eating style from everything and anything to a healthy daily 5 small meals a day. its really light, like i dont know whats wrong with ym period bc it was so heavy before. did my eating affect it?

Yes, a change of eating habits, exercising, & stress can all play factors in your period. Also, you're still young, so your period WILL be irregular for the next few years. There's nothing to worry about (unless, of course, you're sexually active & its really late.)

your body will change as you get older like you know and if you change what you do and how you eat you will get more cahnges in your body. so in all your eating could of been a factor. Everything is ok dont be worried.

You're having an irregular period, as well all do. Especially, in your first 2-4 years of having your period. So there is absolutely nothing to worry about, and your period is just fine. :)

Oh, and no, your eating has nothing to do with messing up your period. Actually, it's when you're about to get your period, you seem to get more hungry.

It could have, but its not likley. Periods are very irregular for the first couple of years. Not to worry, you're normal :)
