Diet

Question Posted Thursday April 5 2007, 8:29 pm

Hey

Okay so I know someone who lost 10 pounds in the first 2 weeks of the diet and then slowed down to about 2 pounds a week just by eating 3 healthy meals.

So I was wondering..would I be able to lose 5 pounds in a week if I eat 3 healthy meals and then exercise well?

Thanks! =)

Honestly, this person must have been on a really strict diet. However, the more overweight you are the faster it will come off in the first few weeks-months. I think you should definitly try though a diet with with proteins such as tuna/salmon, veggies, and calcium are what you need. I suggest you do not drink any ANY SODA. Seriously, that is the best thing you can do to help yourself easily. It will take off atleast a pound a week if you don't.
