i really really want to lose weight, particularly from my face. i want to have a skinny face where you can see your cheekbones and if you don't smile you still look pretty and not fat. but giving up food is not an option. trust me, i've tried everything. i cannot give up junk food. i cannot give up pigging out or eating when i'm bored. what can i do exercise-wise to combat this? i already play tennis every day after school but that's about all the exercise i get. would walking help? please help! i really want to be able to wear a small again. right now i'm a large.

Try alot of cardio, it will help you burn calories, and though you can't target one area, the fat will slowly widdle off of all your fat sources. Walking should help. Walk in all your spare time, and maybe move it up to jogging, and distance running. It will really help. Biking would also be really good. Challenge yourself everyday to see how far you can go. Maybe even challenge yourself compared to a friend who also wants to lose weight. See how many miles you each can accomplish in a week. Then have some kind of reward at the end of the week, like you two can go somewhere to eat, and the loser pays or something. It will get your mind off snacking, and onto the challenge.
Just always remember, you're gorgeous the way you are. Don't size yourself up to make yourself more appealing to anyone else!!
