Does doing taebo help with your abdominals?

Taebo is a wonderful workout. It gets your heart rate up without making you feel like you're going to die and it works every part of your body imaginable. Billy Blanks is a genius.

Definitely. Just make sure you're doing the right type of taebo. You may want to do the cardio type or flexibility.
