Everyone always says this, and it never seems to be true, but if you trim your hair regularly it WILL grow back faster. What happens is your hair gets split ends, and if you don't trim your hair, your hair will spend all of it's growing on the split ends, trying to fix them, so your hair doesn't grow. So what I would reccommend, try using a split end treatment, I use bed head and garnier [both of them] when I get out of the shower. I just recently cut off my super long hair too, but in the last couple weeks it looks like it's gaining a little more length. Good luck, hope I helped! -Angel [ Anq3L_xO's advice column | Ask Anq3L_xO A Question ]

as for products.. get the garnier frutice length & strength shampoo and conditioner.. theres also a product you put on split ends to help your hair grow faster! [ 3HOLLYWOODxGLAM3's advice column | Ask 3HOLLYWOODxGLAM3 A Question ]

What I would do is make sure I keep my hair healthy, clean, and undamaged, and just wait for it to grow out. Then, when you think it's time, go get your hair all one length.
Volleyball2150 answered Wednesday April 4 2007, 2:35 pm: i'm not sure if this works, but i heard it from someone else. what you do is just wear your hair in a ponytail (tight, but not too tight) for a long time. (long time as in everyday for another month or so, but you can take it out too, but just wear it up for some time)
that way it stretches out your hair roots and allows it to grow quicker.
