Late night Snacking

Every night around midnighti eat...way too much and then make myself sick!

How can I stop this?....(besides the obvious)

eat something gross like mustard.
or, for every bite you take, pull out one hair. lol, that'll make you stop :)
but, the girl below me has a better answer.. ice cube/water would work.

If or when you do get hungry. Grab a glass of water or better yet an ice cube. :] It'll subside the urge to eat on something and its all water so its good for you :)

Perhaps eat a larger dinner and then before bed have a snack so its not midnight when you're eatting in the dark. I hope this helped, good luck and let me know how things turn out.
