Maybe give some free advice about: Love Life? orphans answered Wednesday April 4 2007, 11:55 am: Well it depends on what you mean about 'being' with them. If you mean sexually, law can take affect. Basically in many states if the person is still a minor it is illegal to have sex with them. That can be undermined if the parents are aware and consent with it. If they have a problem with it then they can press charges on the matter. But in some cases the actual state may press charges by themselves. It pretty much just changes by what type of laws different areas have. And if you meant being with them in the sense of just an emotional relationship then that is alright. christina answered Tuesday April 3 2007, 7:00 pm: If you're 18 & over, no. It'd be illegal to do anything sexual with them. So no, you can't be with someone who is under 18 if you're 18 and over. [ christina's advice column | Ask christina A Question ]
