Try listening to a cheerful song, or humming to yourself (or in your head if you're not alone)... I know it sounds weird but this one happy song I know always manages to put me back into a good frame of mind :)
Thats a short term option anyway, the only way you can put small things into perception is think of how worse the situation could be, and make yourself realise how small and silly it really is, which might help you to slowly train yourself to see past the small problems and get on with things :) [ burningXstar's advice column | Ask burningXstar A Question ]
