Try to think about how unnessesary it is to be mad about litte things. Have a good time with your friends and family and don't sweat the small stuff. Also deep breathing and couting to 10, usually helps to release your anger.

I often feel the same way... Hopefully this might be of some help!:
Try listening to a cheerful song, or humming to yourself (or in your head if you're not alone)... I know it sounds weird but this one happy song I know always manages to put me back into a good frame of mind :)
Thats a short term option anyway, the only way you can put small things into perception is think of how worse the situation could be, and make yourself realise how small and silly it really is, which might help you to slowly train yourself to see past the small problems and get on with things :)

Just think of all you're missing out on when you take the time to magnify life's imperfections. I understand where you're at and if you take my advice: you'll soon depart to a much better state of mind!
