kinda like photoshop

is there any website
that will do basically the same job as photoshop
i have photoshop pr
but it never responds
so i am thinking of deleteing the program
but i would also like to have a way to edit pictures if at all possible !

www.photofiltre.com This is what I use, you can practically do anything on there. Ofcourse at the beginning its a little confusing, but you'll find your way.

The GIMP does most of what Photoshop does. It's free and it works on all operating systems.
