i dont htink you should lose any weight, you seem on the average side (which is fine) but to tighten your tummy you should do 3 sets of 20-30 crunches each day

hope i helped your situation

I doubt that your stomach is chubby. Your ideal weight is supposed to be 100 pounds for every five feet and five pounds for every inch after that. So at 5'3 your "ideal" weight should be 115 pounds. But then it depends on your build as well. As for your stomach, just spruce up the diet a little bit..as in no sweets and sodas..and do fifty crunches every night till them That should let you lose about 3 pounds then I hope that's good enough. Just make sure you do it healthily, nothing dangerous. Eating disorders are pure hell!
