Itunes Trouble

Question Posted Sunday April 1 2007, 4:23 am

A couple weeks ago Itunes prompted me to update to the newest version, so I did. Now all of a sudden none of my videos work in Itunes! They all worked before I updated. Has this happened to anybody else? I'm not too computer savy and when I went to the Itunes support site, I found a place where it talked about what to do if videos wouldn't play, but none of it worked. I also haven't messed with any of the settings in Itunes, they are all still the same as when the videos played fine for me. Any ideas? Thanks

I know this probably won't help, but the same thing happened to me when I updated. Well, sort of. I don't have a video Ipod, I just have a regular 2gb. Anyway, when I upgraded all of the song I bought wouldn't work, only the one's I got from CD's. I just downgraded back to what I originally had. Most likely if you were to buy something new after upgrading it would work and it's just the stuff you already bought that won't, at least that's what I'm guessing.

But you should be able to downgrade back to what you originally had. That way at least you're videos will work again. In the mean time you can call customer service and see if there's anything they can do for you.

The best thing to do is call the company, they can help you step by step over the phone.
Good luck :]
