Okay, my boyfriend of 18 months graduates high school in May. I was thinking about just giving him $100. Good idea? Should I even give him a graduation present? If so, what?
100 dollars is a good amount of money to spend on a present. What is he into? Music or sports, something like that? If there's a particular person he likes - like a sports star or something - 100 dollars should be more than enough to get him a hat or something from Ebay signed by that person. That is something he will think is special, thoughtfull, will keep for a long time, and probably wouldnt buy for himself. [ grlwithabrokensmile's advice column | Ask grlwithabrokensmile A Question ]

It's very sweet of you to get him a graduation gift. I do think that you should try and make a handmade card or something personal along with the money.
