does anyone know what gaba does?? im going to start taking it..also what about vitamin b?? and sam-e??

Ask your pharmacist. It is their job to be able to tell you what you want to know about the medicines and vitamins you take.

STRONG WORD OF ADVICE: NEVER TAKE ANY SORT OF MEDICATION/VITAMIN WITHOUT KNOWING WHAT THEY DO TO YOU.
