try the website for the company from * O.B.
its a european company, and they sell these tampons in the U.S. My taste of tampons would be o.b, because they stay longer than playtex, and tampax. or whatever. If u use O.B, first, i know this sounds gross, but first feel around that area, and try it out with your finger. Then when you know the direction, slowly push the tampon up. Normally, all websites, and tampon boxes tell you to push it straight up, but most people have an angle. If you feel it hurts, then stop right away. Dont put in a tampon, if you are all dry.

well girl..im 15 and i started wearing tampons when i was like 13.its really not that hard it just might seem like it..i duno if this website will help you much but its
