sometimes when i look in the mirror i feel like i cant please anyone. i look at ALL of my friends who are soo skinny and i feel fat. i know im not but sometimes im scared to wear shorts or skirts that show of my legs. its not like i eat unealthy, i have my share of sweets but i usually end up working it off. my sister is also really skinny and sometimes she calls me fat but as a "joke". when i look at models in a magazine i feel even more fat like i way 500 lbs. or something. i know im not fat but when i look in the mirror, fat is the first word that pops up in my head. how do i lose weight and how do i lose enough and not too much? also, how do i feel confident about my weight?

The WORST worst worstttt thing you could do is start comparing yourself to other people, ESPECIALLY MODELS. it is TOTALLY COMPLETELY 100% FAKE. okay? honestly you have to be media aware. Trust me, BEAUTY VARYS. Also if you want to lose weight the easiest way is to do cardio, and aerobics. That helps get rid of fat. like jog or run for an hour a day on a treadmill or outside. Then when you think youve lost enough fat, to shape up and look trim you should do situps for abs, and work out your arms and stuff. Yoga is one of my favourite things to do as well, so you can look into that. In order to feel confident about your weight you must first accept that beauty does not mean "thin". there is nothing wrong with having curves. Great wonderful amazing guys dont all go for thin, skinny girls. WEIGHT is not an issue. as much as you have probably heard it, its the personality that counts. just be an amazing person, and LOVE yourself. you are truly an amazing individual. Also please dont take your sister seriously.
