Ok so my dad just got one of those Total gym's or whatever those are called so now we have that and a tredmill and i was just wondering if anyone knew any good workouts i could do with the tredmill and total gym system thing please and thankyou in advance oh and any suggestions cause i'm 13 f

Im not quite sure what you mean with the *total gym's, but what you can do, is figure out how everything works. Then take some paper, and write down your goals (like arm strengthening). Then put down how many times you would like to lets say run for 10 minutes a day. And everyday when you do that, tick it off. If you dont understand this, then what you can do is go to your local ymca or recreation center, and rent dvd's specially made for that.
