losing weight hi im 16/f and i was wondering if anyone knows any really effective workouts that you can do in your home that will help you slim down? i have a dance in a month and i want to try and lose some weight so if anyone can help me that will be appreciated thanks

Theyre right, activity and diet have to both be introduced, and any practice that causes you to lose weight at a VERY rapid pace, is more than likely damaging in the long run to either your weight, or your vital organs. ]
Drink a lot of water. Do not eat trans-fat (just look on the label), and if you HAVE to drink soda, drink diet. Have 3 regular meals, and 1-2 snacks. Have fruit too! It has less cals, and it fills you up. Stay active!
