if ii`m sixteen &&` ii`m dating a 19 or 20 year old is that legal?

It's illegal to have sex with him IF AND ONLY IF you're parents dissaprove. Actually, a 19 or 20-year-old isn't even aloud to kiss a 16-year-old, but like I said, as long as the parents approve, he won't get arrested or anything.

Yes, while you're sixteen it is legal to date a 19 or 20-year-old -- just you can't have sex, that is illegal.
