weird?
i love my guinea pig. (it's like a hamster.) but i think i love her more than just like a pet. i know it's weird, but she really understands me. i can tell her anything. it's like we're made for each other or something. i need her. sometimes i cry because i know i can't REALLY be with her. i've just given up on dating all together, because i love my guinea pig. what can i do about these feelings? is this weird?

omg i totally know how you feel! hahaha i have two guinea pigs and i love them both cause they're soo cute! well i've never thought about like... dating them but it's not weird! it's totally normal. it just means youre really attached to her and you really love her. and DONT tell people that it's like a hamster!! guinea pigs are totally different and so much better than hamsters :]

Well, it sounds to me like because you're fed up with well, human, relationships, you look to your pet for companionship. I don't think it's wrong to say, "oh, I love her", you know, I say that about my dogs. Although I'm not sure I mean it so seriously. I think your "relationship" with her reflects with what you're dealing with. And I'm not saying it's wrong to talk to her or whatever, because sometimes we all just need to let it all out. But, what I would really suggest is finding someone who will listen, and who will help you talk things out. Again, I think companionship has a major thing to do with the whole situation.
