"organism" and "orgasm" =O
i did something totally embarassing on friday that makes me never want to go to school againn. okay well we were reading some boring paper thing in science and it was about organisms and how they pollute water or something like that, i don't know. well my teacher passed out a worksheet and we had to write down the answers to the questions from the text, and by mistake (i wasnt paying attention) i wrote down "orgasm" instead of "organism". when my teacher was correcting the papers and she came to mine, she just literally burst out laughing and that freaking asshole TOLD THE CLASS that i wrote that down. i died of embarassment, seriously.. i cant even face that class anymore. what can i do?!!?!?!?! pleasee helppp. thankk you.

haha, just laugh about it with everyone else. mistakes like that happen all the time. chances are, no ones going to you dislike you less because of it. it happens to the best of us. still, your teacher was extremely unprofessional and someone should tell herr.

The best advice I can give you is to first, give yourself a little time to get over how pissed you are and to calm down a bit. Then, go and let the teacher know that it was really embarrasing that he/she told the entire class about your mistake..chances are that your teacher didn't mean to embarrass you, and that s/he'll apologize to you. If anyone mentions it in class to you, which may happen, just laugh it off and say that we all make mistakes. The main thing is not to show how annoyed or embarrassed you may be. Just relax, think of it as something funny (it happens to us all!). Kids aren't going to laugh at you for it..your classmates understand. It might actually give you something to laugh about down the line.

Just blow if off or laugh at it.. Chances are no ones going to think bad of you, they'll just think it's funny and laugh(not laugh at you, but with you).
Also, go up to your teacher and tell him that what he did made you really embarrassed and feel really bad. That way he'll feel bad about what you did and will be more likely to give you a better grade later on in that class.

just go back to school and laugh about the whole time yes it was probley embarrasing but just laugh and make it funny and fun that will also show to the other people in your class that you really don't care what people think about you

That was totally wrong of your TEACHER. She should've never done something like that. It's just not right. I mean, I could've understood it if if maybe your classmates were grading your paper & told everybody because some kids are immature like that. But, a teacher? NO NO! That's not right. You need to tell her she was in the wrong, and now you can't even face that class without being COMPLETELY embarassed. You have to act like you don't care. Pretend you did it on purpose or just pretend like you don't care. If anyone says anything to you, just laugh at it. It'll be more like a joke rather then it actually happening as a negative thing.

First of all, you need to confront your teacher. NO ONE can make you feel inferior without your consent. Tell her that what she did was immature and it really embarassed you and she had NO RIGHT to reveal your name to the class. Your confidence will most likely astound her and she will never make fun of you again. As for the kids in your class, if they tease you about it, just laugh about it and don't let it show that it bothers you. If they see that it DOES bug you, they'll keep doing it. But if you laugh about it, they'll stop.

hahahahhahaha laugh it off! ive done that like actually 5 times and all of my friends have done it... not that were like kinky or anything but its just such a common mistake
the first time i did it i was like errrr hehe and then i just laughed at myself. its like actually not a big deal! there was a reason she told the class, because its not that bad, its just funny!
also i once read the EXACT same story in a magazine, and they also said they just laughed it off.
it would be worse SAYING it out loud because then the class wouldve gone queiet, but its not a big deal, so dont worry about it! the only reason your "dying of embarassmenT" is because your thinking about it too much.
but i know what you mean, sometimes i do something that isnt that embarassing but its like ahh, so just dont go to school that day, and tell your mom your sick. if its a morning class just say im not feeling too well, and if its an eenigng one, call home and be like i dont feel well

this is a common mistake! one time a couple years ago, we were reading aloud in class and i said "orgasm" instead of organism. i know many other people that have done it too so youre not hte only one. first of all, that was veeery unproffesional and rude of your teacher to tell the class - that's not right at all and i dont know why she would do that. she's immature. anyways, don't be so embarassed - im sure its happened to other people in your class. just laugh it off, make a joke out of it, and eventually youre class will forget about it and move on. by monday, they may not even remember!
