ok i have the same problem!
however im 14 going on 15 in a month!!
i was always small ever since i was born, so when ever i ate it would burn up... "poof" gone!
but then i lost soooooo much weight because i did winter track! then in the end my dad made me stop (this was last year) and he made me drink these ensures drinks .... they are packed with proteins and vitamins and i have been drinking them for about a year and a half now and i gained a lot of weight and got really tall! everyone called me shorty but now im there height! if i started drinking these in middle school i might have been taller and heathlier! so i think you should drink proteins drinks BETWEEN MEALS. like after school and before dinner! the really help trust me!

just dont make them a meal make them a boost on a meal! have breakfat, lunch, and dinner and add the protein drink some where and you will gain weight i promise!!!

I HOPE I HELPED

Ok, I`m really skinny too, except I`m 13 and i weigh around 86-90. I know this is going to be long, but bare with me and you`ll see.
Last summer, I went on a cruise and we had to eat breakfast at a certain time [so we would have enough time to tour the city], lunch at a certain time in the city we were at [so we woul have time!], and dinner was always planned [like on all cruises]. What I am trying to say is that I ate lunch, breakfast, and dinner at around the same time everyday, and when i came back from the 2 week vacation, I had gained around 7 pounds. I was really proud of myself, so whenevr people told me I looked so much better with the weight i had gained, I would tell them it was because there were 24 hour buffets [because that`s why i thought]. Later on, I realized that our cook at home makes me food whenevr i want too, so wouldn`t it be the same?

What I am trying to say is try to plan ALL YOUR MEALS. You won`t burn it off because when i was on the cruise and walking aaround HUGE cities in France all day, everyday, i didn`t loose it!

But don`t start eating FATTASS food like candy, burgers, friees, etc. all day.

Hope I helped!
<3L.

Go to a health store, and ask them for weight gaining shakes. They taste relativly good, and are not too expensive. I think you can even get them at Walmart or Brookes.

Hope I helped, and happy birthday!
