flat abs & firm legs my legs "jiggle" when i walk. what foods should i avoid and what excersizes should i do so that they will be firm by june 21st?
and as for my abs - what foods should i avoid and what excersizes should i do so that it will be completely flat by june 21st? when i wear jeans my stomach hangs over. please help!

Running is really what will do it--running or other heavy leg activity. I'm a cross country runner, so I train all summer, and it makes a big difference. If you're not into running and have a Playstation, consider investing in Dance Dance Revolution. Otherwise, doing squats and leg weights at a gym will be helpful.
Abs... difficult, but I've heard pilates are very good for them, as well as the usual crunches and so forth.
If you know a place that does Body Pump or Body Flow... try that. It's intense, but believe me, it gives you one heck of a workout all over. ]
Losing weight is hard..i went through the same problems a couple of years ago. But you need to eat healthy..avoid soft drinks, sugar drinks and sweets. Eat lots of vegetable and lean meats.. fish is really good for you even if some ppl hate it. Also eat lots of fiber foods...fiber helps you stay full for longer..so you wont eat as much. Fiber is in apples..beans..potatoes..and many more foods (look them up). Also..walk AND run everyday. Walking and running target all areas of the body...plus you dont have to go a gym everyday to do it. Another tip for healthy eating is instead of eating 3 big meals a day..eat 6 little meals (smaller portions)
