Hi. I don't really wear tank tops or anything because my armpit hair is kinda thick. When I shave it, it doesn't really look shaved. Am I shaving it wrong? How often should I shave? Etc. I don't want to know any kinds of products, just routines of shaving/after-shaving or any other tips.

Let the hair grow for a bit, then wax it.
Trust me, it's worth the pain.
A day later, use a lemon to 'massage' your armpits. The lemon will make your hair less and lighter.
You can also use hair minimizing lotions like Jergens or Johnsons...
I started using lemon on my armpits when I was around 10. I didn't have any hair then, and when it started to grow, it didn't grow any longer than 5mm, and it was so damn light! I've been waxing and 'lemonning' eversince. Best part, once it starts taking effect, your hair won't grow for weeks!
Hope this helps. =)
Stop shaving...try waxing, really. Use baby powder to rub your armpits then wax. Shaving is just gonna make your skin tougher and your hair thicker and blacker...think of beards and mustaches.

Your hair is gonna grow back thicker so anytime you feel uncomfortable with the way it feels or looks, shave it. You are supposed to shave againsst the grain so if your hair grows in a downward direction, shave up.
