I have some good news to tell you -- that means he totally likes you! You already have many signs this guy likes you, and now his friends are smiling and staring at you. So that is one of the most amazing, and obvious signs that he likes you. So I definitely suggest talking to him more often, and asking him to hang out. He's just too nervous to ask you, or talk to you, etc.
