SCABS.. how long do they take to heal?

i have a few cuts/little scabs above my lip.
ive had them since yesterday (monday) and its only been a day.
ive been putting some neosporin on them.
how long do you think it would take for them to heal?

its embarrasing lol. =/

Yeah, I'd give them AT MAX a week. But, the best way to get rid of them is not to do ANYTHING. Maybe wash your face with soap & put moisturizer everywhere except over/on the scabs. The scabs need to do their work, and the best way for them to do it is to be COMPLETELY DRY! If you don't mess with it at all, it'll be gone faster then you can even imagine.

It depends on how deep the cuts are and how quickly you heal. I would give it a week.
