Make pictures cool.
What are some web-sites you can make like your pictures on top of eachother, or do like poloroid pictures, and make your pictures just like cool looking? Without having to download something, like just a website. Thanks. : )

Well, before I got Photoshop elements.
I was using

I still use it sometimes and you can do so much to your pictures :]

im not sure about that but i know a really cool software that you can download, its really easy and it doesnt make ur comp. slow its called irfanview u can also change sizes of piks, colors, can add special effects. really awesome i know your gunna have to down load it but it only takes 3 min at the most and its a well known software so theres no scams or viruses
