Need to lose it all FAST!

heres the deal , I'm overweight! I really really need help: I want to lose 20-40 pounds in 4 monthes but theres problems. I never feel like excercizing or running or anything! I always want to eat and I think of going on a crash diet and I know its wrong and I will never make it but I really want to get skinny. I'm going to visit my family and I want to be skinnier. Everyone always make fun of me and when they see me with my friends ,I seem 10x fatter than them! I need help fast!! + if you know , what pills do you reccommend? I'm only like 13 and I'm going to turn 14 in about 5 monthes and I don't want anything to harm me but I need to lose weight!

-okay okay okay. haha. alright. firstly i know the crash dieght really sounds like it will work but umm yeah it can be really bad for you. so just eat healthy. that means no sodas, or sports drinks. just drink water. like 8 glasses a day (its really good for your plus its good for your skin) and that also means no junk food. eat fruits, lean meats, vegetables, and stuff like that. just healthy. and dont eat for fun. just eat if your hungry. okay so for losing weight... you REALLY have to get motivated to work out because thats pretty much one of the only ways to lose weight.

-in the morning or after noons run. like a mile or so. and if you cant run it all thats fine walk when you have to. but try to push yourself to run further without stopping because it will get easier as time goes on. remember to stretch before you run and make sure your wearing the right type of clothes, sweat pants or like.. work out shorts && shirts and a sports bra. and running sneakers.
alright..
-then do push ups about 20 a day. do them right, make sure your not like "cheating" or w.e.
-joining sports and stuff are really good for you too
-sit ups are awsome. trust me. do 100 a day. i know it sounds liek a lot but if you want to loose weight fast... okay and then start upgrading to like 200 etc.
-leg exercises can be found in google. just type in leg exercises. ha.
-if sit ups are way to hard for you, then try crunches. but you wont get the results as fast as you want.
-if you can go to walmart or sports authority and get this thing called the cross crunch. it is meant for getting abs. just read the directions on the back if you buy it =]
-a member ship to the gym is also really good. again make sure you have the proper work out clothing and make sure you have water with you. if you need help with the equipment ask some one who works there for help because they know what there doing.

remember to make sure you wear your hair up and stuff to keep it out of your face.

okay for the pills umm ask your doctor about it before taking them because you never know. and make sure you ask your parents.. even tho neither may aprove =[ you can look in drug stores and stuff and places like walmart. so yeah.

Number one: Diet pills, especially at your age, can and will hurt you in more ways than one. Most, if not all, of them aren't approved by the FDA (Food and Drug Administration), and most don't work. If you're smart, you'll stay away from them.

Number two: Crash diets don't work, either. You stop eating for a while and lose weight, but once you eat normally, that weight will come back, along with more.

Number three: Don't expect a magical solution. No pill or crash diet is going to make you lose weight permanently. Losing weight the right way is a combination of a healthy diet and exercise; It's a lifestyle change. Yes, you still need to eat, and yes, exercise is necessary. Of course, there are many exercises you can do, so don't limit yourself. You can go for walks, use a treadmill, go swimming... the possibilities are endless; There's an exercise for just about anyone.

As for a diet, I'm no expert, but there are a few changes you can do that make a big difference. One of those is moderation. Eat when you're hungry and stop when you're full; It's that easy. Substitutions also are good. For instance, you can have a peanut butter sandwich on whole-wheat bread with a fruit cup and milk instead of a hot dog, french fries, and a soda. Of course, you can still have junk foods, just not all the time.

You could go to a nutritionist to give you a real diet plan, and you could go to a doctor to get some more help.

You can't lose weight overnight, but you can exercise for 30 min. everyday, try doing push ups, curl-ups, swim, jog,run, ride a bike. Do something that you like doing, (try something that is physical) but try not to think of it as exercise, tag a friend along with you, you probably won't even notice. And when you take for a run, get a portable radio/cdplayer or mp3 with you, and you can jog to the songs you like. I don't recommend you take pills, because those are not exactly healthy,you don't know what the side effects are (you wouldn't wanna mess up our body) , and it's not healthy for a girl your age. Get a membership to the gym, and go with a friend. You can do it, but don't overdue it, it takes time. P.S. crash dieting is not good at all, you can lack your ability to concentrate when that happens. I know you can do it girl! Hope this helps!
