in the middle of may i am going on a trip with my school to boston.
in the hotel were staying in there will b a jacuzzi and pools & stuff.
im not overweight,but i look like i am.im 5"2' and 116 pounds.
i hate the way i look.
i need some exercises that will help me lose weight and get some abs.i also want thinner legs cuz mine are huge.
food ideas would also help.
please foods that are inexpensive & taste good ut nutritional at the same time.
ps i dont really like fruit alot.

look on google for work outs on anything. serouisly. and umm for foods too google will work. but sit ups get you abs fast. like you can do more the 100 but just make sure you do them everyday and you'll start to get abs. no joke.

try eating a lot of fresh vegetables. eat them plain and raw. also, try excercising on the tredmill and other machines. a good way to look fit is to do 30 sit ups when you get up each morning. also, try doing some right before bed. good luck.
