i have really big hips, big boobs, a big butt, and big arms. my stomach isnt even that big, i have been exercising alot lately. and well it doesnt seem to improve.
do you recommend anything to make my self esteem a little higher?

when you loose weight your boobs will become smaller 2 since most of it is made of fat l o l .
your arms will get smaller automaticly 2. just don't lift weights or anything xD
what you r doing now is great! it's cool that you make an effort like that , most of the girls i know just nag but don't do anything. keep it up and you'll be slim in no time.
now for your self esteem...
once you reached your goal you'll have a-lot of self esteem cause you can wear anything you want and you'll be proud of yourself. that is a great feeling don't you think? but untill then maby you could wear black t-shirts , they make you seem slimmer. of course you don't wanna turn goth lol , you can wear a white jacket over it or something. but if you don't show any1 that you don't like your body , i bet no1 will even notice. trie 2 be selfconfident. look in the mirrow and focous on all the positive things like hair and eyes. even though it sounds unlikely eyes and hair are one of the most important things when it comes 2 attracting some1.
if you do something with them people will look at that and not your figure and you'll feel so much better
trust me everything is gonna be fine. keep your diet up and then you'll have nothing 2 worry about

as for your arms, lift weights. it will turn into muscle, but don't start lifing 20's. just lift lik 8's or 10's, so u dont become muscle woman
varsity_prep_xo answered Friday March 16 2007, 5:46 pm: hey, just keep doing what you are doing and you will feel good abut yourself. you are working hard to achieve your goal of losing some weight and that is amazing =). a lot of people don not have your kind of ambition. also, sooo many guys love big boobs/big butt because they think its sexy and you look older slash more womanly.. i actually wish i was bigger 'cause i look like such a little kid! also you could wear clothes that accentuate the areas you like/hide the areas you don't... seventeen has a lot of tips for this. good luck! and remember.. there's probably soo many little skinny girls jealous of you, even if you don't know it yet. :) hope i helped.
