I'm in sort of the same situation (36DD), and here's what I've found.

Your breasts are always going to look 'saggier' than smaller ones. Unfortunately, losing weight will make them MORE saggy, or not change them at all. What will help with that is exercise. If you really work your pectoral muscles, it gives your breasts a lot of lift.

You really can't compare yourself to other girls, because everyone's breasts are different. I know it takes some work, but get comfortable with your body, and you'll realize that you're actually pretty lucky! Most of my flat-chested friends are all jealous of my size.

And trust me on this... men love it.

Ooh, your in a tough spot. The only way I can think of lifting your breats is getting a breast lift or plastic surgery for breast reduction. To see if there are any other options, you should speak with your gynecologist. (spelling?) The thing is that during puberty, no matter what your weight, your boobs will continue to grow, and nothing you do will stop it. However after puberty, the size of your breasts will depend on your weight.
hope i helped

since boobs are made of fatty tissue then yes, if you lose weight, you will lose weight everywhere. i would reccomend cardio (running/jumpingrope/etc) for losing weight. also on most machines in the gym there is a 'fat burn' setting which can help you. you probably just need a more supportive bra in terms of the saggieness. umm and your nipples might seem big simply because your breast isn't done growing yet. hope i helped.

well im 14 and have 36c boobs and my nipples are big. Its because they're not finished growing yet. its normal. mine are still like that. the saginess well mine are perky because i always sleep with a bra and wear one all the time. that helps. and wear a push up bra for awhile. but when you sleep they go every which way i learned that. so i wear a bra to bed. that really helps. hope i helped! ♥ CATHLEEN!
