Shea and Cocoa butter

Question Posted Friday March 16 2007, 1:49 pm

I just came back from the Body Shop and I bought shea butter and cocoa butter. I'd heard that they're good for stuff, so I went ahead and bought them.

My question is: what are they good for? For which part(s) of the body? Is there a specific way to apply them or something?

Any additional info is also appreciated.

Thanks in advance.

heyy

i have the same one.

the cocoa butter helps with dry skin and getting moisture into the skin. it also smells great!

it works for your whole body. they have a lot of nutrients and vitamins that are really good for your skin.

if you go to the body shop website (like i did) and search for it, i got this:

there were other products like the one you mentioned, so i'd check it out to see what other ingredients are in it.

hope i helped :]

I shop at the body shop too and have purchased the same products. They are for dry skin.
Put your clean hand in the jar and rub the body butter all over your body except you face after showering.
They are moisturizing and hydrating.

well shea and coco butter can be used for stretch marks and/or dry skin. It can be used anywhere mostly on very dry places of skin or as i stated before where stretch marks are located. You apply them as you would your typical lotion.
