when i get hungry after not eating a long time, i eat some fruit because they have a lot of nutrients and aren't that fattening (they're more good for you than fatty)
if you want to lose weight and that's why you are starving yourself, i hope you realize that by starving yourself, your body goes into "emergency starvation" mode and therefore when you eat, it turns right to fat to store in your body. < that's why you should eat fruit.
the best way to lose weight it to snack snack snack. don't eat three meals, eat 6 snacks of fruit or veggies and drink lots and lots of water
