i go to a new school, &theres this like party coming up, like a dance.. & my old friend, who yano i love to death, will be there.. but she tends to get a little crazy there, like annoying, like she makes an idiot out of herself. & i dont want my new friends to like think im like that too. but my old friend is super excited about seeing me. so idno, what should i do?

Well you say you love her to death right? well then who cares if she embrasses herself! You know your not like that and don't let it bother you that maybe your new friends will think your like that because i doubt they will come up with something like that.

I think it's kind of sad how you're so worryed that your friend will embarass you infront of your new friends. She is who she is and she doesn't need to please anyone and neather do you. If she's really out of control, be real with her and tell her the truth before the dance. Your new "friends" shouldn't judge you because of how your old friend is acting.
