my "UnOfficial" bestfriend (we love eachother and would probably die for eachother, but have a "we-pretend-to-hate-eachother" kinda friendship, like we act like enemies but we're not) is my cousin. And her birthday is in 10 days, I need to buy her the perfect gift to say "I Love You" but it cant be anything cheesy like a picture-album because 1: we dont have any pictures together since we're "enemies" and 2: that would be too much since we're not used to epressing our care for eachother.
What could I buy/make her that would be REALLY heart-warming, but not too much?

Get her a CD or recording of either 1) You two during home videos dancing or singing or something funny when you two were younger. Or 2) some of her favorite music. Get her maybe a movie she likes, or take her for a walk along the beach? Something nice that tells her you appreciate her ESPECIALLY on her birthday! Get her a gift certificate to her favorite stores etc. Something home-made and thoughtful.

for my best friend's birthday i got a scrap book type thing with 100 pages in it (not the kind with photo slots) and i wrote on the outside "100 reasons why you're my best friend" with a picture of us. on every page i wrote something different. ex: #1.i love the way you make me laugh when i'm upset, #2.i love how we rent tons of movies on the weekend and watch them for hours, etc etc. she really loved it. she even cried (but in a good way). i hope i could help! :)

why dont you get her something that relates to an inside joke that you two have? if you let me know of some inside jokes i can help you think of a gift.
