do something to get it off of your mind. some good things include getting out of the house, looking at thin models online, going out with friends, going shopping, dance, go for a walk, anything to keep you away from the food. cravings usually only last for about 10 minutes, so if you can do something during that time to not want it then you'll be fine.

I eat fruit or sugar free jello when I really want something sweet.

Strawberrys, Kiwi, and Peaches are all really sweet.

I also like to munch on grapes.

Sugar free jello is a good thing too, if you like jello. You can't tell the difference between it and regular jello, and it's a lot better for you.

Having cravings for sugary things is natural, you just have to know how to fight it. When you get the erge to go for it eat a salad or an apple. Both have natural sugars in them and will replace the need to add more to you system.

Try food that is semi healthy. Ei, instead of eating a cake, eat a muffin, instead of eating a chocolate bar try a granola bar with chocolate chips, instead of eating chips, et pretzels. ou get the idea. Once you get used to this you can go healthy altogether with the whole whole wheat all of the time veggies as your only sncks kabang. But until then, give yourself some time to ease into it.

ps. yes popsicles are fine =]
