LM answered Thursday March 8 2007, 7:06 pm: To a degree, you're stuck with the metabolism you inherited. But you can change it. Exercise, a blanced & varied diet, and drinking plenty of water all help.
Some people have all the luck though. You know the type. They eat sixteen twinkies and a tray of brownies in one sitting and LOSE weight. If you're not born like that, no trick will get your metabolism working like that. But as I already said, you can improve how you look by exercising more and eating better.
