i've tried putting in a tampon and asked multiple times on here for help. i just can't do it, but i love swimming and i absolutely hate pads and i feel like whenever i have my period i cant do anything. so my problems are like when i put it in, it doesnt really go in and im afraid to push it harder cause what if its the wrong hole or what if it gets stuck or something? then it hurts to pull it out, it just scares me alot and i get so nervous. can anyone please help me, in like COMPLETE details, i won't get grossed out i promise i just need all the help i can get cause im having a pool party and im expecting my period =/

Sorry your having trouble, i never did even my first time so hopfully i will be of some help. First off i suggest platex gentle glide they are so easy to put in not to sound gross but they just slide right in versus the tampax cardboard which i find harder adn more painful to put in. Second off putting it in with your leg up or squatting makes it easier, make sure you completely relax or that will make it much harder to get it in. And you also said it hurts to pull it out? That usually happened to me when i was pulling it out before it was ready- i hadnt had it in long enough and it was still pretty dry adn therefore painful to pull it out. You can leave them in for a while depending on how heavy you bleed so try these tips and see if they help good luck

i realized they hurt alot when you take them out when you are done using them...is there any way i can take them out without it hurting so badly?

Does it happen to be one of the first times your using them, because i used to have that problem for a few weeks when i first started using them but then it stopped hurting i guess cause i got used to them so you should be ok and it wont always hurt. If you had the same problem i did

I just got on birth control a month ago.. I have took all the blue pills and three of the green pills in the center.. I know this is really gross, but over the past couple of days i've been bleeding like brown blood instead of red cus by now I should of already started my period.. The only person i've told is my mom and she said she would take me to the doctor if it didnt get better.. But i dont wanna go unless its something bad.. I'm so scared and dont know what to do cus I dont want to be pregant if thats what it is. But i have no clue... Has this ever happen to anyone else? Or does anyone have any ideas what it might be? Nope dont worry its totally normal, happened to me. it wont happen anymore after 3 monthes of being on birth control

Ok, so I am breaking out alot. Up more by the top of my head/forehead. I've used many products, such as Proactive. And I wash my face twice a day. And I also swim 3-4 nights a week. I don't know if that effects anything or not? And I'm not the kind of person who eats TONS of junk food. And I'm not on my period right now either, and i shouldn't being having one until the end of the month. I don't know if I should go to the dermentologist or not? help? please?

I had this same problem. and i never usualy broke out so i went to the derm and they gave me medicine that works wonders. unbeliveable, my face is perfect now, i definatly suggest it. just make sure you follow thier instruction adn wait the full ammount of time to see results, i was impatient but once i had waited the time my face looks great

Ive heard it does work very well, but it is only for individual pimples, not if you have mnay breakouts. It dryes out the pimple basically. It is alot of money -- $150

Yea they will have new phones in the winter, but actually right now they only have the silver or the orange enV but i heard they are coming out with many more colors including blue adn pink

ok. so on the new season of the simple life where they go to camp, one of the episodes i'm super confused. on of of the episodes where that Hawk guy comes and when that one lady kisses him at the end they say what is gonna be on the next show. so on the previews for the next show the guy is like "next time on the simple life..." and Hunter takes Paris somewhere and is like "everytime i hear this song i think of you" and they are dancing and it looks like they are about to kiss. but on that episode, where they actually go camping, that part where hunter and paris isn't on there! and i know there wasn't an episode between those two, so whats goin on?? why didn't it ever show if they kissed? what did i miss?? i'm sorry if i'm annoying or anything, but it just really bugs me that if didn't show that part. please help! thanks! Are there any sunless tanners out there that actually work and do not turn you orange?! I have very fair skin and even when i go out in the sun, I do not tan. I either burn or just stay the same and when I burn it's red, but turns right back to white.
Please give me a link to ones that work. Price doesn't matter, but please have used them before or have a friend that's used them. Don't just go by commercials.

Ok I asked a question earlier about my throat. The doctor won't take me until tomorrow & I'm going crazy. I don't know what it is.
-I feel physically sick
-Heads heavy
-Throats extremely heavy; hurts if I move it & hurts if I touch my glands
-Glands in neck are swollen
-There's so much white on my tonsils/back of throat. It's basically covered
-It's so painful to eat/talk/swallow/do nothing. I feel my throat throbbing just sitting here
-Ear ache. My ears hurt when I swallow also.
-I'm starting to get a bit hot
Does anyone have any idea what this is? I tried 2 cups of tea, tylenol cold/sore throat liquid medicine, hard candies, ludens, vick's throat spray, gargling, hot soup, icecream, etc.
Does anyone have any ideas what this is or any other remedies that might work?

Im am not a doctor but this is exactly what me and my cousin were feeling last year the day after we got back from a water park, it was called coxsackie virus and it was becuase the water was not clean it was like contaminited or someting but i think it doesnt have to be water it can be any contaminated surface that you get it from. It went away fast adn i had to use medication but in the mean time i had tea adn used all those throat medicines

It is the vaginal tissue breaking so yes you bleed but only the first 2 times and you are supposed to

Yea he could have an earache or possibly an ear infection, the cold could have just been the beginning of an ear infection, i would bring him to a doctor just to be safe

You dont have to but i would recomend shaving your whole leg especially if you have dark hair, from your ankles, up to your thigh where you think your shorts would be. Be careful around the knee thats the tricky part =} good luck

If its from teh actual photoshop website then i have tryed the free download its is free but its only a free 30 day trial so it only works for 30 days but i didnt get anyviruses and i liked it so much i decided to buy it

I have to make a cd for a class where each song represents something important to me.
I really need help finding good songs.
1. My three best friends, who are like sisters to me. We barely fight, argue a lot, but we all know we'll always be there for eachother when we need. They really have my whole heart and I'd be lost without them.
2. My boyfriend, we've been through a lot of rough times, and a lot of good times. He's basically the only thing that keeps me from breaking down at times. I have a lot of trouble expressing myself to him so i'd like something with a lot of emotion.

I like the Light Blue and Light Green together better than the other because , they are soothing colors and after a while the orange and pink maya be to much but what looks really cute is pink and light green toghether it has an even mix of brights and calming colors and they look great together
