No one is going to look at your arm and think how hairy it is, because arm hair is normal. I say don't shave it. It's a lot of maintenance. If you never start, you don't have to keep up with it. bLue_in_tHe_faCe answered Wednesday March 7 2007, 6:16 pm: Don't shave your arm hairs. When you shave it, it just grows back darker. If you want it lighter, maybe try tanning? Or tan in summer, because the sun makes your hair lighter and your skin darker which will make it looks normal. I don't think bleaching your arm hairs would be good. Just try to accecpt it for now, maybe even wear longer sleve shirts. But tanning is a good way to make your skin darker and hair lighter, just make sure to use sun screen! Hope this helped
