get the address url of a pic (right click the pic you want then go to properties --> the address url will be there)
for teh place it says caption... put <img src="address url herrree">
otherwise, just upload a pic you like to tinypic.com , and it'll give you the <img src="asdfjk"> already done so you can just put it as your captioN!!
