okay so i know how dumb and unhealthy this is but i need to lose at least 5 pounds by friday: i am going to stick to fruit and then slim fast drinks for meal supplemts...and like lean chicken and tuna do you think this will work? i know its only a 4 day thing but i have to do it

Maybe give some free advice about: Fitness? alys1223 answered Tuesday March 6 2007, 10:17 pm: besides the food thing, start running with sweatpants, and a couple of sweaters on, it really helps, i know cause i'm in the middle of doing it! also, whatever you do, do not skip breakfast! have something small so you start your matabolism (sp?) otherwise it is twice as hard to loose the weight. and if you don't mind me asking, why are you trying to loose 5 pounds so fast?
