extremely uneven body 13/f. you can see my ribs but im overweight. like from the bottom of my ribs and up i look pretty much anorexic i hate it i cant lift anything and from bottom of my ribs down i am very big and overweight all fat no muscle. my stomach is most of my problem. but my ass is small but all fat and my legs are just plain big. so what exercises do i do. the docter says its bad but no duh she said to exercise but how. plz help me

to lose weight, you should run, do sit ups, and pretty much any other cardio excersize.
and about your ribs:
do they kind of bend outwards at the bottom? b/c if they do, then you have what i have. its from bad posture, and my doctor "diagnosed" it a few years ago. i had to see a specialist and everything. to flatten them out, he told me to do push ups and pull ups, and it really worked. so if thats whats wrong, do that. ]
Exercise:
Do sit ups/crunches.
Run, walk & jog.
Do pushups, and pull ups if it's possible.
Jump rope, and do jumping jacks.
Lift weights.
Swim.
Diet:
Drink 8 glasses of water a day.
Drink 4 glasses of milk a day.
Drink lots of OJ.
Eat healthy things like granola, fruits, veggies.
Eat meat & bread.
Things to stay away from:
Stay away from sweets/sodas.
No cookies, no fast food, no cupcakes or chips.
No juices high in sugar.
No ice cream.
Other tips:
Don't eat or exercise right before bed. If you eat before bed, you're gonna get energy & you can't have energy & go to bed. Don't drink anything caffeinated & go to bed. If you do that, you're basically not gonna be able to sleep. Don't exercise right before bed because then you're body won't be relaxed, and you won't be able to rest.
Try to do all that, and that should help. Also, don't become discouraged if you gain weight since muscle weighs more than fat does. =) ]
