I am 14/F and I want to eat the food groups what we are suppose to eat so I can keep healthy. How much grain, fruit, vegetable, etc. do I need to eat? I don't like milk, so what is another way I can drink it? I like cereal though. Is eating two slices of bread good to accomplish my grain servings?

You should eat 5 portions of carbohydrates every day. Carbohydrates include cereal, bread, grains, pasta, rice, crackers etc.
You should eat 2 portions of dairy a day. Dairy includes mik, butrer, cheese etc.
You should eat 2 portions of protein a day. Protein icludes lentils, pulses, fish, meat, eggs etc.
You should eat 5 portions of fruit and veg a day. Note that despite what people say, lentils and pulses do count as one of your portions.
You should try to only eat one portion of salty/fatty/sugary foods a day, such as crisps, chocolate etc.
If you don't like milk, I can only suggest that you try soya milk.
Two slices of bread would count as one of your carb portions, but try to eat wholemeal bread - it's much better for you. [ tropicalbabe33's advice column | Ask tropicalbabe33 A Question ]
