lose weight?

im 15 years old and i would like to start modeling...my parents said they would look into agencies for me. the problem is im conserned about mmy weight i have been trying to eat healthy to lose weight and it helps that i am very active but for some reason i dont lose weight easily...
i am 5 foot 6 1/2 and i weight 138 pounds should i lose weight? does anyone have tips on how to lose weight fast?

I am on the abs diet. you can get the diet for free from google.
The A stands for almonds and other nuts. The T is for turkey and other lean meats.
Avoid soda because it's empty calories. Drink water instead. No junk, fried or fast food. You can't lose weight without exercise. get yourself on an exercise routine. Get a gym membership or run. You need cereal or oatmeal and fruit for breakfast. You need vegetables. Avoid red meat.
You can't lose weight fast without gaining it back. Many experts agree that you should only lose 2 pounds a week. I think you should take my advice I've never been overweight and was always the thinnest girl in my class.

well the best diet is to eat one big big big meal per day it works for me i saw a big change plus you might need gum to ake your mind off food for a while

well, in my opinion, as long as you keep eating healthy and you look great, there's no problem. i think maybe you should keep your weight to 130. but since you're kinda pretty tall, you don't really have to. tips on losing weight - the classics: working out, running, eating healthy. if you have high metabolism, it's not that much of a problem. don't overwork it, though. don't be one of those models who doesn't eat just to keep their weight down. good luck with modeling!
