I usually joke around with this buddy of mine. I mess with him, he laughs, and it all goes well. But today I was joking with him as usual, and he all of a sudden got really mad, called me horrible names, like I am a horrible person (and other innapropriate things). I am sure what I said wasn't offensive. It's the same thing I similarly say every time I talk to him, and every other day he laughs about it. He did say he was having a bad day but he took his anger out on me. So he is mad at me, while I am just slightly mad at him. He really hurt me, but I am worried if I talk to him I will make things worse for our friendship. Should I just let him cool off for a few days, or try talking to him (with the risks involved)? I don't want to lose him as a friend, but he really hurt my feelings.

When you talk to him about it just say you understand he was having a bad day and your sorry..tell him if he wants you wont joke around like that anymore..i hope it all goes well..inbox me if he doesnt forgive you and we will try and figure out a new plan
